Campaign Coordinator
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Coordinator role is a versatile role that truly keeps projects and campaigns moving forward. A Coordinator has the opportunity to support projects across multiple areas of the agency while not only gaining an understanding of the business but learning where their skills are most effective. The Campaign Coordinator will come in focused on our Media team to contribute to the flawless implementation of client campaigns across a myriad of tactics (ex: content / digital experience, email, SEM, social, display, TV, radio, OOH, etc.).
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
- The primary function of this role is to manage campaign traffic sheets and distribution of materials to both internal & external parties
- Manage internal/external communication with both outside vendors and internal team members (Account, Creative, Technology, and Project Management) to ensure clarity of instructions and on-time delivery of tasks and materials
- Contribute to campaign set-up, creative asset review, confirmation, and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with Project Managers in the development and management of internal timelines, materials specifications, and delivery details
- Support Campaign Planners in the aggregation of information and development of innovative campaign strategies
- Support Campaign Management and Optimization team members in managing day-to-day campaign execution
- Support Data Analysis and Performance Reporting staff in developing internal and client deliverables
- Support department leadership in managing internal team communication and event coordination
- Contribute to projects across other departments as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (ex: business, marketing, advertising and/or technology)
- Interest in building a career in the marketing or advertising space
- 0 - 3 years of experience working in a marketing, advertising, or related role
- Experience working on multi-channel advertising campaigns preferred
- Experience with campaign traffic coordination preferred
- Relevant platform experience and/or certifications (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics, etc.) added bonus
